I was impressed from the very start with the excellent presentation of services available without any high pressure salesmansbip. Included with the process was one hour with a professional color consultant who walked us through the task of choosing colors and gave us design advice. The siding crew from Silva Construction exceeded our expectations. They were obviously experienced and we are very pleased with the result. Removal of the old siding revealed black mold which they effectively replaced with new plywood before continuing the job. After the project was completed, the crew cleaned up nicely. The painting crew from Happy Valley Painting did a careful job of preparation before applying two coats of the paint we had chosen. We are delighted with the way our home look.
