The workmanship performed on my roof and gutters is excellent. Communication between the owner and I was also excellent. KVN really listens, quick to make accommodations, and will educate you when walking through the process of getting your first roof done.
NEW ROOF
KVN was great! We had a roof that started leaking and they came right out. We ended up putting a whole new roof on and they were so easy to work with, had a great price, and got the job done quickly and neatly. We will use them again!
THE ROSARY CENTER: EXTERIOR PAINT
The whole crew, with Kirill leading, was very professional, did an outstanding job, and communicated well throughout the whole process, with several work change orders thrown in. Completed work on time, showed up when they said they would, inspected their own work and found things we had missed, and fixed them, all within their quoted amount. (We went with them because they were the lowest bidder, and were a bit apprehensive about what the quality would be, but there was no problem there). We would use them again, and recommend them to our friends and family.
