KVN was founded in 2001 by Oleg, who immigrated here in 1990 as a refugee from the former Soviet Union. He learned English from scratch and built KVN from ground up, with his son Kirill. Today our small company is growing, we currently have 7 employees, work with 13-16 subcontractors, and complete approximately 180 - 200 projects per year.

Because of this, we are looking for an Amazing Sales Rep who will be estimating and selling our Exterior Siding & Roofing Systems directly to our clients in the home.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

- You can follow a sales system and overcome objections (If you are afraid of hearing a “NO” this position is NOT FOR YOU!)

- You have experience in sales (in-home construction sales would be a plus, but not required)

- You have some knowledge of Siding & Roofing (Not required but would be a plus)

- You are naturally positive, trustworthy, and like helping people

- You are detail oriented, organized and enjoy working independently

- You are flexible enough to meet with clients at all hours of the day throughout the week. You are working around the clients schedule because you will be meeting with all decision makers in the home

- You are self-motivated and highly driven. We will train you and set you up for success, but we will not be babysitting you

- You are a natural communicator, problem solver and listener

- You have a drivers license

- You can handle climbing a ladder and getting inside an attic

- You are computer & smart phone savvy (You must have a smart phone to work with company software/aps)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE…

- Running in-home sales appointments with homeowners looking to replace their Siding, Roof, or Windows

- Following a very specific sales system

- Measuring, estimating, signing contracts, and picking up down payments (measuring software will also be provided)

- Selling to the client at the kitchen table, overcoming objections, and closing deals

- Creating Work Orders ensuring the production team has all the info needed to execute the project

- Selling a minimum of $1.6 million dollars of projects per year
